Scroll to the top of the page and click "Login" on the right side, then click "Register".

Check your email for a message from our info@lifelygifts.com with the following subject line "Lifely Gifts - Email validation". If you don't see it, please check your Spam / Junk / Trash folders. It could take a few minutes to work its way into your inbox, so be patient.

Adding our email address to your (White List), (Acceptable Senders), or (Safe Senders list) can help. We hate when emails play hide and seek!

All emails coming from our website will be sent from info@lifelygifts.com.
Once you receive the email, you simply open it and click the link to verify your email address.

Click "Login" at the top right-hand side of our site.
Note: If you're already logged in, it will show "My Account" instead of "Login"
Next, enter your email address and password.

Lastly, click on "LOGIN"

If you can't remember your login information, use the "Forgot password" link and see the next section.

Click "Login" at the top right-hand side of our site. If you are already logged in just click your name and then click "Change password". Enter your old password and your new password, confirm your new password, and then click "Change Password".

If you can't log in, use the "Forgot password" link on the log in page, it will guide you through the steps.

If you no longer have access to the email address you used to set up your account. You will need to use the contact us button below and we will help you with the reset process.

Think of a sentence that you can remember.
Use a memorable sentence, such as "My son Nick is 1 year old."

Convert it to a password by using the first letter of each word. Using the example above, you would get "msni1yo".

Add complexity by mixing uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers. Try using some letter swapping or misspellings.

Next, substitute some symbols that look like letters like s=$ e=3 i=! g=9 o=0. Combine the words and you get. M$ni1y0.

Finally, make it a bit longer. Eight characters should be the minimum these days. This password is ten characters and easy to remember and very secure. #M$ni1y0!.

There are many reasons, here are just a few:

• We need to confirm your email address. That is the number one problem with delivery.
• It makes it easy for you to track your orders and see your order history.
• It ensures your personal information stays secured. We verify who is downloading the gift to make sure they are authorized.
• So you can log in and make corrections. If something needs updating.

We only need to know four things to build this unique gift for your loved one. Those four things are Name, Birthday, Gender, Location, and optional Interest.

We will focus on each step in the next sections.

We need to know their first and last name to be able to pull up fun facts and information associated with their history. The middle name or middle initial is optional.
Type their full name into the appropriate boxes. We even support prefix (Dr. or Mrs.) and name suffix (Jr. or III).

How we use their name:
Your recipient's name is used to title both sides of the Lifely Gift.
We also look up the meaning and origin of their first name. If we can't find it, we move on to the meaning and origin of their last name.

We do not sell, share, or use their name for any purpose other than information to print on your gift.

Gender is required because we use it to influence several aspects of the gift.

We include some imagery like a subtle gender symbol in the background of the backside of the gift.
We also use it to get a better idea of what pronouns the recipient prefers.
As well as what might be more relevant to the recipient of the gift.

Their birth date is required so we can look up the information to populate the gift.

To properly fill out this field simply type their date of birth in the following format mm/dd/yyyy.
You can also use the date picker that pops up when you click in the birth date field.

We pull together a whole host of facts and data to build a snapshot of what life was like on their special day.

We require the "Country" and "State / Province" where they currently live or were born. It helps us build the gift using information about the State / Province they identify with.

Filling this out is as simple as clicking the drop-down for the country and picking from "United States", "Canada", or "Mexico".
Then click State / Province and select the appropriate location.

We include several bits of country/state information in the final gift.

This will help us theme their gift, We will add a subtle background image to the front side of the gift. We also add a few other supporting images related to their interest.

To pick an interest click or tap "Select Interest" and a sub-menu will slide down. You will see categories of interest. Click a category and then click an interest that you think the recipient would like.
After you click an interest the menu will close and you will see a preview of the subtle background.
Play around; pick a few different ones before you continue.

The field is optional but highly recommended if you don't select an Interest we will use a default background image of the Statue of Liberty.

Yes, only if you are located in the same state as we have a printing or shipping location. Our shopping cart will show tax if it's applicable.

Yes, and while we are on the subject. Never buy anything online from a website that doesn't have SSL encryption.

You'll know if the site has SSL by looking for the icon of a padlock. Typically on the left or right-hand side of the URL / Address bar or the status bar below, it depends on your browser.

We primarily use the USPS for our orders, the only exception is rush orders, for those we use USPS - Priority Mail or FedEx - 2 day Express.

Free shipping:
If you select the free shipping option we ship using USPS - First Class Mail. Inside the United States, the average shipping times are 5 - 7 days.

Rush shipping:
If you select the rush option we ship using USPS - Priority Mail or FedEx - 2 day Express. Inside the United States, the average time is 2 - 4 days.

If you picked Free Shipping and it's been more than 7 days please contact us using the "Contact Us" menu option above.
If you opted for Rush Shipping you should have received a tracking number you can track on USPS or FedEx website. Check your email for tracking information or click on My Account > Orders > Details.

Double-check your shipping address. You can do that by clicking "My Account" and then "Addresses" / "Orders"
If the address provided during the order process is incorrect or outdated, the shipment is typically returned to us by the carrier or unintended recipient.
If the package is returned to us we will contact you to refund the amount of the product, excluding the shipping charges.

After you place your order you can access the download button in a few different ways.

On the last pages of the checkout process, you will see the "Order Details" page. You will see a green "Download your Lifely Gift" button.

You will receive an email with an "Order Details" button. Simply click that and you will be taken back to our website where you will be asked to "Login" or taken directly to the "Order Information" page where you will see a green "Download your Lifely Gift" button.

Click "Login" or "My Account" at the top of our website. Once logged in click "Orders" on the left side menu, under "My Account". It will display all orders you have placed. Click the "View Details" button on the relevant order. You will be taken to the "Order Information" page where you will see a green "Download your Lifely Gift" button.


Note: See the next question for the next step after clicking the "Download your Lifely Gift" button.

After clicking the "Download your Lifely Gift" button you will be prompted to check the "I agree" to the terms and conditions checkbox box.

Then you will see two download options, as follows:

Letter (8.5 X 11) - If you only have 8.5 x 11 letter size paper, use this version. Note: This is a smaller version of the gift. Not all elements will fit on this size paper. See below for more detail on paper types and printing tips.

Legal (8.5 X 14) - If you have 8.5 x 14 legal size paper, this is the preferred option. With this size paper, we can fit all elements we intended in the gift. See below for more detail on paper types and printing tips.

Printing Tips:
For the best possible results print on thick paper or card stock from 60lb to 80lb, tinted paper works but white is preferred and is what we use. We print with an industrial color laser printer, but home inkjets work fine just make sure you clean your print heads before you start. This is a two-sided, edge to edge full-color picture so it will use a fair amount of ink. You also might want to check your ink levels before you start printing.

Download the PDF gift and copy it to a thumb drive / USB stick and take it to a local print shop. They should help you print it out on high quality legal (8.5 x 14) thick stock paper.

Some elements of this gift contain thumbnails of magazines like (Time, Life, Wired, Vogue, National Geographic). Some areas show copyrighted names (Microsoft, TI, IBM, or Apple). Even a small sliver of the and toys from the day of the recipient's birth. Some print shops will refuse to print this document because of their corporate policies.

You also have the option to have us print it for you. If you have already purchased your gift as "download only" and now want us to print it, use the button below and select "Print Services".

We print with an industrial color laser printer, but some retail inkjets work fine, just make sure you clean your print heads before you start.

You also might want to check your ink levels before you start printing. For best results, you will want to select "Photo", "High Quality", or "Maximum" on your print quality options.

After clicking on the "print" button from your PDF program, a small dialog window will pop up. Instead of hitting the "OK" button, like you normally do, this time hit "Properties".

For best possible results print on thick paper or card stock from 60lb to 80lb, tinted paper works but white is preferred and is what we use.

Inkjet prints using regular weight (copy) paper will wrinkle or buckle the paper because so much ink is applied to the paper.

If you don’t want to use photo paper, make sure you use heavier paper.

This will produce a better quality print than by using a regular printer/copy paper.

Retail or Home printers can have problems printing a full-color dual-sided document like this.

If you have followed the other tips provided, the only other options you can try are a local print shop or we can print it for you.

This gift is not intended to be printed from your phone. The results will be less than desirable.

Why? Glad you asked!
Mobile phones don't have print options. Not even basic options like print quality, page margins, paper stock, paper size, or dual-sided printing.

If you download the PDF to your phone save it to a file or thumb drive and print it from a PC or a local print shop.

You can print it from some phones, but again you will just get what you get. You will not have control over any aspect of the print.
